hank you for your interest in our team training option. I have experience training teams from the University level on down to the 5th grade level and our goal is to get feedback from the coach, families and players and formulate a training program over the next 4 weeks (or longer if you wished to renew) that can help optimize skills, confidence and mindset going into the 2019/2020 basketball season.
We will be working on skills, basketball iq and aggressive ballhandling under pressure, defensive intensity, shooting while conditioning, and offering some personalization as possible to what the players want to work on which I will collate quickly on the first night.
The fee is $80 payable in advance of Monday, July 8th.

Training is from 8pm to 9:30pm for the remaining Mondays in July.
