High School Girls · Thursday Nights · Southwest Austin
Where her skills finally show up on game night.
90 minutes a week that turn drills into real-game results — for high school girls who are done blending in.
Starts with a free evaluation — an honest look at her game and a roadmap. No cost. No pressure.
The real reason she’s stuck
Most “skills training” never shows up in a game.
She puts in the work. So why doesn’t it translate on Friday night? Because most training breaks in the exact same places:
The First Hour — Every skill, actually drilled
60 minutes on the skills that win high school games.
The full high school skill set — coached, corrected, and drilled to a standard. Every rep watched. Every player pushed.
✓
Handle under pressure
Ball security that survives live defense — so she keeps her dribble when the game speeds up.
✓
A shot that repeats
Catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble, and under contact — mechanics that hold up in a game, not just a gym.
✓
Finish through contact
Footwork, angles, and the toughness to get to the rim and finish with a body on her.
✓
Defense that keeps her on the floor
Stance, slides, and closeouts — the stuff that earns minutes from every coach she’ll play for.
✓
Spacing, reads & IQ
Seeing the floor a beat faster — decisions that separate scorers from bucket-getters.
✓
Confidence to take the moment
The reps and the mindset to want the big shot instead of hiding from it.
The Constraints-Led Method
The last 30 minutes is where it actually sticks.
Here’s what nobody else does: after the skill hour, we play 30 minutes of refereed, full-speed scrimmage — with zero coaching from the sideline.
Instead, each girl gets one challenge: intentionally use the exact skill she just drilled, live, against real defense.
Skills don’t transfer by being told what to do. They transfer when a player has to solve the game herself. The constraint forces her to reach for the new move under pressure — until it stops being something she practices and becomes something she owns.
Skill & shooting block
Every high school skill, coached and drilled to a standard.
Constraints-led scrimmage
Refereed, real speed, no coaching — one intentional challenge to use tonight’s skill in a live game.
The offer
Everything she gets — every single Thursday.

Do the math: a single private session runs $100. This is roughly 6 hours of coaching a month — plus the live transfer work no private can give her — for the price of two and a half privates.
Why Christopher Corbett
Not many trainers have walked the whole road. I have.
I raised two daughters through Austin youth basketball all the way to college rosters, and I’ve helped around 100 more players land spots across D1, D2, D3, and NAIA. I know the girls’ game and the recruiting road — because I’ve driven it, as a former college player, Select / AAU coach, a trainer, and a dad.
• Only 10 spots — when it’s full, it’s full
Claim her spot before it’s gone.
Ten girls. One night a week. A real plan for where she’s headed. If that’s the kind of work she’s ready for, let’s talk.
✓ Zero risk to start — the first evaluation is free, and there’s no long-term contract.
